If your are going to use Webhooks in our Business Central integration, your Autotask AOI user must be setup to Create Webhooks

Just follow the Print Screens, and you are up running

Select the one API user you have created

Go to Other and expand

Go to Can create Webhooks and enable and add the number of webhooks you need
