Countries and Regions must have a value in Country and Area, see below.
Reason: Setup in Country and Regions is not correct, search for Countries and set it up correctly.
It may not be that easy, because we have made a package that handles setup for you.
You can fix it by importing this configuration package, which is in the item Get Countries.
Use of the package is at your own risk and will overwrite your current setup, however only in Country and Regions.
