Business Central stores a lot of data, this is how you clean it up.

Business Central keeps a lot of data, which can eventually become outdated and useless. Fortunately, BC itself can assist in cleaning this data up.

 Then click on Retention Policy and you can start setting up the automatic cleanup.

The example below will delete emails that are late after 1 month, but you can set up how long you want to keep them. By creating a new one with + or using one of those already there.

 Emails that are late will be deleted in the example below after one month, but you can choose a different time frame. utilizing one of those currently there or making a new one with +.
